Disrupt 2026

Bold Ideas. Better Workplaces. One Incredible Room. About this Event Disrupt 2026 Most events promise great speakers. Most events promise networking. Most events promise inspiration. We're focused on something different. We're building the room. A room filled with business leaders, entrepreneurs, founders, executives, innovators, community builders, professionals, students, and future leaders from across Southwestern Ontario. A room designed to challenge assumptions about leadership, innovation, workplace culture, technology, performance, and the future of work. Because great ideas matter. But the people in the room matter even more. This Isn't Another Conference This isn't a day of PowerPoint presentations. It isn't another networking event where everyone awkwardly exchanges business cards and then forgets each other's names a week later. It's an opportunity to hear bold ideas, challenge conventional thinking, meet interesting people, and engage in conversations that continue long after the event ends.
