About London Live
A live guide to what is on in the Forest City. On now, starting soon, tonight, this weekend and the weeks ahead.
London Live pulls listings from local venues and organisers across the city and lays them out so you always have somewhere to go. Open it and you see what is happening right now, not a stale weekly roundup. Swipe through the segments on the home screen, open the map to find what is on near you, or flick through the Discover deck when you are not sure what you are in the mood for.
Two more doors: the festival almanac tracks London’s festivals through the year and into next year (real dates only - TBA means TBA), and the city map layers the rest of London over the events: parks and trails, ESAs and woodlands, thrift and vegan and refill shops, public art, museums, markets, food banks. City open data, OpenStreetMap and hand-checked lists, each pin labelled with its source.
It is made by the Our London desk, the same neighbours behind the weekly read. The site and the weekly digest are built from one shared set of listings, so they never disagree on what is on.
What we track
8 categoriesEvery listing is sorted into one of these, each with its own colour on the map and across the cards.
Honest by default
Some listings arrive without a photo. Rather than show a blank card, we use a clearly-labelled venue photo or a representative image, and we credit every one on the image credits page. Descriptions come from each event's own source, tidied for reading and never invented. No bots pick your night out.
