8th Annual Be Well Serve Well Conference

About this Event Join us on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, for the 8 th Annual Be Well Serve Well Conference , a full-day wellness event dedicated to supporting the mental, physical, and emotional well-being of first responders. This year s theme, Let it out: Feelings aren t meant to be held in, focuses on releasing the stressors, emotions, and challenges that can impact overall wellness. Through engaging presentations and practical discussions, participants will explore healthy ways to process, express, and manage the things that may be holding them back, whether through physical activity, nutrition, mindfulness, peer support, or other wellness strategies. The conference will feature keynote speaker Dr. Christopher Willard , a clinical psychologist, author, consultant, and faculty member at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Willard has spoken in 42 countries, presented at two TEDx events, and authored 20 books, including How We Grow Through What We Go Through , Feelings Are Like Farts, and The Neuroscience of Negotiation.
